The option surcharges your orders never billed

A paid option ships, and no one charged for it. The order looks perfectly normal — that is what makes it easy to miss. We read your last 60 days and tell you the exact amount, order by order, so you can bill it back.

• Free until the app has billed $100 of surcharges for you (€100, or £85 — or the equivalent in your store’s currency, converted from US$100 at the European Central Bank reference rate of 31 August 2026 and rounded up: CA$140, ¥16,000). You see the amount before paying anything.
• Bill back a missed surcharge. The missing line is added to the order and Shopify invoices the customer.
• Or catch what slips through. When a surcharge is missed, the audit finds it on the order and tells you how much is owed.
• We never store your customers’ personal data — only order numbers and amounts.
